Scope and eligibility

These terms apply to consumer and business orders placed through the ELARYX store for supported European Union destinations. You must have legal capacity to purchase or authority to act for the business named in the order. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Research-only products

Products are offered for laboratory research only, not for human or veterinary use. We do not provide dosage, administration, therapeutic or medical guidance. Customers must ensure that their purchase and intended laboratory activity are lawful and appropriate. Research-only positioning does not remove statutory customer rights.

Product information and COA

Strength, pack size, price and availability are shown on product pages. Images may be illustrative. If an error or unavailable item affects an order, we contact you before fulfilment and arrange an appropriate remedy.

The certificate of analysis for the supplied batch is provided by email with your dispatch confirmation. Documentation must match the supplied product, strength and batch. Reports retain their source attribution and do not establish suitability for human or veterinary use.

Ordering and payment

Review your selected items, delivery details and total before placing an order. Receipt of an unpaid order does not confirm payment. Payment confirmation is separate from dispatch confirmation. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we contact you and arrange a refund where due.

Order prices and totals are displayed and recorded in EUR. Shipping is shown before submission. VAT ID/status and tax treatment for ELARYX d.o.o.: [To be provided].

The available checkout method is Credit Card via Binance Connect, routed through Rampex. The payment provider may require an account, identity verification and acceptance of its terms. Its payment page displays the final quote, applicable fees, asset and network. Follow those instructions and review the total before authorising payment. Merchant settlement may occur in cryptocurrency; WooCommerce records the order in EUR.

Shipping

We ship to supported addresses in the 27 EU Member States. Standard shipping is €25; free shipping is available from €129, with the threshold calculated before coupon discounts. Final availability and charges appear at checkout.

Estimated delivery is 5–7 calendar days after confirmed payment, including order processing and transit. Orders are shipped directly to you by our supplier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to notify us of withdrawal, subject to applicable law. Contact support@elaryx.eu for cancellations, returns or damaged or incorrect goods. Ordinary withdrawal return costs are borne by the customer; this does not apply where law makes us responsible for non-conforming goods. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds are calculated in EUR against the amount owed under the order. We use the same means of payment used for the original purchase unless you expressly agree to another method, without additional costs to you for that alternative. A crypto refund is not imposed because merchant settlement occurred in crypto. Confirmed blockchain transfers cannot be reversed through the payment rail; any eligible refund is handled separately.

Business orders

Consumer-specific withdrawal rights do not ordinarily apply to purchases made for business purposes. Business cancellation and return requests are handled under the agreed contract and applicable law; no separate voluntary B2B return period is offered by these terms.

Accounts and intellectual property

Keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Do not use the store unlawfully or interfere with its operation. ELARYX branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Supplied documentation may be used for the legitimate purpose for which it is provided.

Liability and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law determines consumer protections and jurisdiction; these terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections in your country of residence. Contact support first to seek resolution of a complaint. You may also seek assistance from your competent consumer authority or European Consumer Centre.
